Shipping & Returns

*Please note that due to Canada Post service interruptions, some items may be delayed. Canada Post has suspended accepting international mail and parcels amid the Canadian Union of Postal Workers ongoing strike. Some of our items are shipped internationally and may be affected by this strike. We will update our customers via email as more information becomes available. 

Shipping is calculated by Canada Post at Checkout based on the destination & order. 

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive updates on the email provided on your order. You will receive a confirmation email.

Please verify the items in your order before confirming your purchase, as we are unable to edit orders after they are processed. 

*Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of shipping or any cost related to shipping/returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.*

As of Feb 3rd 2023 - Unless there is a defect with your product, we accept exchanges only within 14 days from the day of purchase (please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item). Items that are being exchanged must be unworn and all tags attached. 

Exchanges must be approved prior to a credit being issued. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back (unless the product is defective). Once we receive your item back, we will exchange the product or provide you with store credit.

1. Please refer to our return policy above to make sure your return meets the criteria stated.

2. Email us at typeehshop@gmail.com and inform us why we have the item being returned. We must receive your item(s) back in the store within the 30 days of when your package was delivered. If we do not receive this item within the 30 day window it will be sent back to you at your expense. 

3. Drop off your item at any shipping location and you will be responsible for any cost associated with return shipping. 

4. Once we receive the items we will start processing your exchange. 

5. Exchanges will take 3-5 business days.
