Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated by Canada Post at Checkout based on the destination & order. 

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive updates on the email provided on your order. You will receive a confirmation email.

Please verify the items in your order before confirming your purchase, as we are unable to edit orders after they are processed. 

*Shipping is non-refundable. The cost of shipping or any cost related to shipping/returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.*

Unless there is a defect with your product, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. For items with defects, please reach out to us at typeehshop@gmail.com, and include pictures of the product and a description of the issue. 

We will evaluate the nature of the return request and provide instructions for shipping to item back to us (if eligible). 

1. Please refer to our return policy above to make sure your return meets the criteria stated.

2. Email us at typeehshop@gmail.com and inform us why we have the item being returned. We must receive your item(s) back in the store within the 30 days of when your package was delivered. If we do not receive this item within the 30 day window it will be sent back to you at your expense. 

3. Drop off your item at any shipping location and you will be responsible for any cost associated with return shipping. 

4. Once we receive the items we will start processing your refund.

5. Refunds will take 3-5 business days.
